The Rossi Carlo company is specialized in metal sheet processing, welding and turning, also performs calendering sheet and cone .

Thanks to the use of multi-roll calendering, the sheet is machined, thus obtaining cylindrical or conical metal sheets.
The continuous research towards technological innovation that distinguishes us leads to realizing accurate metal calendering operations thanks to the use of latest generation machines.

With our calenders, we are able to produce welded tubes, cylindrical and conical ferrules.

Our welding department has an automatic CNC blocking table (automatic sealing bar) for the welding of the calendered parts.

We also have a technical office equipped with the most modern computer systems and which, thanks to 2D / 3D graphic systems, follows the development of each piece commissioned.
The operators present in the plant collaborate closely with the technical office to highlight and solve in real time any problems in the design phase.
