Certified Welding

The Rossi Carlo company boasts more than thirty years of experience in the field of processing and certified welding of stainless steel. Since then it has been widely specialized in both manual and automatic welding processes, with state-of-the-art machinery.

We have highly specialized personnel with many years of experience and with a welder qualification certificate, complying with all current regulations. The welding certification consists of a practical welding test in the presence of an authorized inspector, the piece must be welded according to a specific welding procedure and be subjected to some destructive tests. Exceeding the requirements of the UNI EN regulations of the test determines the issue of the welding license. All our welders are qualified according to UNI EN 287-1.

The principal weldings operations of Rossi Carlo are: Welding at T.I.G. on stainless steel of any thickness and aluminium, Wire welding on stainless steel and iron of any thickness, electrode welding on stainless steel and iron of any thickness.

We also have a technical office equipped with the most modern computer systems and which, thanks to 2D / 3D graphic systems, follows the development of each piece commissioned.
The operators present in the plant collaborate closely with the technical office to highlight and solve in real time any problems in the design phase.
